He understands business and easily navigates his way through a myriad of possibilities to help achieve a successful outcome for your business.

Anne Casey

Anne’s our ideas guru and her vast experience in digital, social and traditional media as well as business development helps her to identify potential where others might not.

With 25 years in marketing for large iconic NZ companies such as Farmers and Pumpkin Patch, Anne has been successful in her career and cemented her reputation. She masters complex and diverse environments and challenges, and her vast portfolio covers everything from manufacturing, export, construction, service and retail.

Anne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers. She is also a director of Marketing Minds, a marketing services company. Her expertise helps small to medium sized businesses discover new opportunities, develop their strategies and deliver hard-hitting tactics.

Meet Andrew, the sharp, legal mind of the team. Over the last 16 years, he has worked with numerous small, medium and large organisations.

Andrew found his niche in helping small businesses and advising on their formation, successful operation, dealing with significant problems, as well as protecting his clients’ most valuable assets.

Andrew was a partner in a mid-sized law firm and knows what it takes to run a business, to look critically at problems, to be strategic and effectively communicate with staff and other business owners.

Stewart Kearney

Stewart is our numbers man. Helping small businesses achieve success is Stewart’s passion, so it’s little wonder that he joins our panel as our accounting and financial whiz!

With his early career spent mostly in senior financial roles within large corporate businesses, he’s now turned his eye to helping small to medium business assisting with everything from budgeting and forecasts through to cash flow projections and more.

Witnessing the growth of a New Zealand business and their positive effect on the economy is something Stewart finds truly rewarding. He started with RightWay, to help Auckland business owners understand the financial and commercial aspects of their business by providing access to valuable advice and the latest in accounting technology.

Catherine Murray

A career that started as a manager of a flower shop at the age of 16, has blossomed into a successful career in HR and led Catherine to where she is today, Managing Director of The HR Department.

Her career, both here and abroad, have given her vital skills and experience in effective HR practice and business management. She provides competent solutions in all areas of HR, including recruitment and appraisals through to performance management, personal grievances, and legislation support.
